Hello there! I am a Baltimore-based artist and the creator of the brand This is 65! This is 65 encompasses comics, illustrations, short films, a podcast, and the webseries Popsuckette Theatre. I write and illustrate the comics This is 65 and Day Job, co-host and edit This is 65 The Podcast, and write, direct, edit, and occasionally perform in short films. In addition, I’m the creator of Popsuckette Theatre, an independent and highly ambitious webseries. I write, direct, perform and puppeteer for Popsuckette Theatre, and create props, puppets, and sets for the show. I illustrate on a daily basis and would love to collaborate with you, let’s get in touch and create some wonderful art!

Liz Reed, of Cuddles and Rage, challenged me to this daily illustration challenge, where you have to draw 3 things a day for 5 days.  I cheated a tiny bit (I used 2 unpublished images from the previous month) and even still it was pretty tough to keep up with!  If you...

Fake Band Posters

For my comic Day Job, I need to have band posters hanging up in the background often.  And because I draw these myself, and don't want any legal issues, I make bands up.  I have a running list of fake band names that I'll occasionally turn into a poster for the comic,...

This is a series of mini acrylic paintings I did one year for the Small Press Expo.  Most of these are 3-4 inches tall; the Octopus coming in at about 5 inches.  I keep meaning to do more of these!  Looks like it's time to stock up on some mini canvases. [gallery_bank...
